Maldives is
an island country located in the Indian Ocean. The country is known for its
beautiful beaches and marine life. The country consists of 192 islands spread
over a very large area.

nearby ocean. There are many species of fishes, crabs, shrimps, turtles in this
ocean. The coral reef in Maldives was damaged due to rising temperature.
However after efforts from local people and by using synthetic ways the coral
is now regenerating.

facilities are available in Maldives. Many direct flights are also available
from various countries.
Apart from
this the country is also planning to become a complete green country by
reducing or completely stopping its carbon gases emission.

is the lowest country in the world because of which it is at high risk due to
rising sea levels. The country was also critically hit by 2004 tsunamis more
than half of the GDP was lost in the incident and over 100 deaths were
reported.
